• Orchestrate cross-functional global programs to optimize freight spend
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap focused on improving invoice accuracy, payment cycle times, and financial accruals
• Align project execution with the wider transportation capabilities roadmap to deliver critical system functionalities
• Establish and govern freight spend KPIs and reporting standards to drive transparency and performance accountability
• Drive accountability and operational excellence across carrier and audit partners by leading performance reviews and strategic alignment initiatives with internal stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience with fulfillment planning and execution, transportation, or manufacturing operations
