• Resolve supplier escalations with urgency
• Lead supplier performance management and engagement cadence
• Support contract execution and post-IST operationalization
• Drive contract review and feedback loops

• Adapt engagement strategies to diverse regional dynamics
• Institutionalize supplier management processes
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and program delivery
• Support strategy execution and performance tracking

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience
• Fluency in verbal and written English communication
• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
• Track record of delivering operational programs or supplier-facing initiatives
