UX Designer, Core

• Create new designs, including user flows, wireframes, mocks, and prototypes
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand, define, and explore the problem space
• Partner with and leverage UX research to inform design decisions and validate concepts
• Deliver precise, conceptually sound, and visually elegant design specs, working closely with engineers to ensure quality execution
• Apply and contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practices specifically for AI-driven experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes
