• Supervise warehouse, purchasing, and fixed asset functions
• Provide effective supervision, leadership, training, and direction to staff
• Ensure procurement is in accordance with state purchasing requirements
• Monitor expenditures to ensure spending within budget
• Ensure accurate tracking of inventory and fixed assets

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or closely allied field
• Three years of experience in large-scale procurement, stock control, receipt, storage, and issue functions
• Purchasing approval authority in the absence of the Procurement and Supply Manager
