Senior Specialist, Advanced Product Implementation - Northeast Division

As an MDU Product Deployment Sr. Specialist, you will be supporting cutting-edge deployments for innovative products like Managed Wi-Fi, Connected Building, and Large Bulk Portfolios. From inception to completion, you'll ensure every project not only meets but exceeds expectations.

• Aid in the execution of successful MDU Product deployments through the design and use of launch task lists and tools
• Support the team to ensure MDU Product deployment launches are completed according to timeline and meet all MDU Agreement contractual obligations
• Collaborate and engage with the larger MDU operations team to ensure operational success and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams—including Corporate, Divisional, and Regional Sales Engineering, Construction, Engineering, and TechOps—as well as external property developers and technical stakeholders
• Utilize key tools such as CSG, Smartsheets, Salesforce, Microsoft suite of programs and internal systems and project management tools
• Provide recommendations to ensure effective support for smooth deployments and implementations
• Champion new or improve existing processes and reporting to ensure efficient and effective operation of the deployment
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
