Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, directing, supervising and evaluating all nursing services provided to youth served
- Managing, planning, leading and organizing facility nursing services, including individualized levels of nursing care to youth
- Ensuring compliance and training needs through programs, such as utilization review, quality assurance, infection control and medication error review
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Possess an unencumbered Registered Nurse License for the State of Washington
- Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations related to professional nursing in long-term care and facility operations
