About the role
Apple’s Biophotonics team is actively seeking a seasoned process integration engineer to join their rapidly expanding silicon photonics group
Responsibilities
- Develop new processes and integration flows for silicon photonics circuits
- Collaborate with external fabs/vendors
- Drive the reliability and qualification of the silicon photonics platform
Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Optical Engineering
- Background in semiconductor processing/fabrication
- Experience in collaborating with external fabs/vendors
- Experience in IC qualification and reliability test
