Full Time Branch Ambassador - Northern Virginia (Arlington/Alexandria Areas)

• Help customers with transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals
• Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to established operational policies and procedures
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
• Deliver an extraordinary customer experience
• Adapt to a rapidly changing tech and financial environment
• Be customer experience-obsessed
• Work with a team of banking professionals
• Research and answer customer inquiries
• Travel between branches in assigned local area

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
