Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to incident commanders and incident management teams to ensure compliance with the Mobilization Plan.
  • Provide verbal and written incident status updates to dispatch centers, supervisor, bureau/agency command staff and state executives as scheduled and as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate resource records to facilitate accurate tracking and payment/reimbursement to firefighters/fire agencies/contractors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Washington State Driver's License or able to obtain one within 30 days of employment for response to mobilizations.
  • Must have a strong knowledge and command of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
