About the role
The Senior Managing Director of Business Development is responsible for the success of designated territory and mentoring junior business developers. Tasks include calling prospective clients, setting meetings, traveling to meet potential clients onsite, presenting JPS services in a professional and enthusiastic way, and connecting clients with the recruiter assigned to each search for a hand-off call. Sr. Managing Directors of Business Development are responsible for taking and handling escalated calls from clients appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Calling prospective clients, setting meetings, traveling to meet potential clients onsite, presenting JPS services in a professional and enthusiastic way, and connecting clients with the recruiter assigned to each search for a hand-off call.
Requirements
- 7+ years of outside solution sales experience, or 4+ years in healthcare staffing sales.
