An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with Stepdown unit expertise to contribute your skills in a challenging yet rewarding healthcare environment.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care units to general medical-surgical settings
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding swiftly to changes and implementing care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and positive health outcomes
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
• Proven experience in Stepdown or progressive care nursing units
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
