Special Ed Teacher

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique abilities and challenges
• Adapt and modify curricula to meet the needs of special education students in a high school setting
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by education regulations

• Valid teaching certification in special education
• Experience working with high school students in special education roles
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
