Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute ads traffic quality (AdSpam) and publisher quality programs across sellside products to drive business outcomes that promote the mission of a trusted ads ecosystem.
  • Ensure all projects within the program contribute directly to the Trust and Safety (T&S) Consumer business generation strategic objectives; oversees and drive the transformation of business to achieve the long-term goal.
  • Partner with cross-functional program teams influencing alignment on program goals and strategy.
  • Develop relationships and communicate findings to all levels of management.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Enforcement teams to lead the deployment of AI-first, AI-centric, and AI-assisted solutions to automate high-complexity content moderation and fraud detection workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with the Large Language Model (LLM) life-cycle.
  • Experience in new and emerging capabilities of AI systems.
