Instructional Aide

This full-semester paraprofessional opportunity is designed for an individual who is passionate about supporting elementary students with personalized instruction.

• Provide one-on-one instructional support to a student with significant learning needs
• Implement tailored educational strategies under the guidance of certified educators
• Assist in daily classroom activities and help foster a positive learning environment
• Monitor and document student progress to help adapt instructional methods

• Ability to work patiently and effectively with students needing intensive individual support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a school team environment
