About the role
We’re seeking self-driven individuals with strong communication skills and experience supporting customers via phone and email. As the voice of McKesson, you’ll deliver exceptional service to customers across the U.S. with professionalism, empathy, and care.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests, order entry, and product education via phone and email
- Process credits for returns, damages, and other issues
- Ensure compliance with hazardous materials and cold chain guidelines
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and documentation requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer support experience in an office setting
- Experience with Phone, Chat, and/or Email communication
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
