Speech-Language Pathologist

A K-12 educational setting in Arnold, MD, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language services for students throughout the academic year.

• Assess, plan, and implement speech and language interventions tailored to students' needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate communication strategies in the classroom
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district regulations and timelines
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working within K-12 school environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of childhood speech and language disorders and evidence-based therapy practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and educational teams
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and prioritize responsibilities
