The Supply Chain Receiving Clerk ensures data in PeopleSoft is accurate and that system is properly used at their facility. Receiving Clerks serve as materials gatekeepers for their hospital, ensuring the facility only pays for items that are received. The value you'll bring to the team: Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensures product delivered matches packing slips, and identifies location to which the packages/supplies/equipment are to be delivered. Accurately completes receiving process in computer and scans all packing slips into system per established timelines. Ensures safety of products by giving special attention to refrigerated supplies and those with special handling. Meets customer needs by receiving items efficiently and accurately. Ensures overnight packages are processed and delivered quickly. Maintains assigned area in clean, safe and organized manner.
