Clinical Improvement Coordinator

The Clinical Improvement Coordinator works in conjunction with Nursing Administration to evaluate care provided to our population served.

• Develops and executes unit-based staff education relative to new equipment, medication, policy and procedure changes, and advances in clinical practice.
• Provides feedback to nursing staff that includes coaching and guidance to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Provides coaching and guidance to individual nursing staff members to achieve improved performance and outcomes.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
• Current Florida RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
