Senior Product Management Associate

• Serve as the primary Product Management representative within scrum teams
• Lead preparation, execution, and analysis of alpha and beta pilots
• Perform win/loss analysis to support strategic reprioritization and sharpen focus on market and customer success factors
• Resolve client escalations by synthesizing stakeholder feedback, identifying workflow gaps, and creating actionable backlog items to prevent recurring issues
• Communicate proactively and clearly across cross-functional teams, anticipating impacts and adapting to changes
• Demonstrate motivation and commitment to both team and organizational success, with a passion for healthcare and customer empathy
• Balance attention to detail with flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving technical and business environment, supporting collaborative team goals

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Product Management
• 5 to 7 years of product management experience
• Prior experience managing one or more products is required
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare interoperability (integrations/HL7/CCDs/Interface Engines) is a plus
• Strong technical understanding of product development (e.g., microservices architecture, SaaS products, micro front-ends)
• Familiarity with product management best practices, including Agile development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
