This position coordinates patient care through all phases of transplantation, including pre-operative, peri-operative, and postoperative care and follow-up. The value you'll bring to the team: Coordinates pre-transplant evaluations and assessments. Manages the transplant waiting list and patient status updates. Facilitates communication between patients, families, and the transplant team. Organizes and schedules transplant surgeries and related procedures.
