This position coordinates patient care through all phases of transplantation, including pre-operative, peri-operative, and postoperative care and follow-up. The value you'll bring to the team: Coordinates pre-transplant evaluations and assessments. Manages the transplant waiting list and patient status updates. Facilitates communication between patients, families, and the transplant team. Organizes and schedules transplant surgeries and related procedures. Responsibilities
