Fast Track Claims Representative

The role of a Fast-Track Claim Adjuster is to investigate, evaluate and resolve first and third-party auto liability claims, minor injury claims and low complexity general liability losses

• Investigate, evaluate and resolve first and third-party auto liability claims, minor injury claims and low complexity general liability losses
• Maintains high standards of customer service
• Conducts a thorough investigation of coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers on claims and account issues
• Maintains and manages a diary system to efficiently manage and resolve assigned claim inventory

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years previous claim handling experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Analytical with good decision-making skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Property and casualty licenses required
