• Conduct discovery and identify needs and opportunities to improve the user journey
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cohesive and effective content strategies
• Create and maintain content guidelines, standards, and processes
• Lead UX writing efforts on designated projects
• Articulate design decisions and present content design strategies
• Partner with cross-divisional communications and writing teams
• Provide expert consultation on customer journey flows
• Analyze content performance metrics
• Support colleagues on large-scale initiatives
• Ensure digital content meets accessibility standards

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing content for digital product experiences
• Minimum 2+ years of experience leading content strategy or design initiatives
• Strong understanding of UX principles
• Experience partnering with UX research and leveraging analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and build exceptional digital experiences
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security

• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• At least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
