Learning Technology Project Manager

The Project Manager, Learning Technology Production is responsible for managing the production of all instructional content developed by the AdventHealth Learning Technologies team.

• Develops comprehensive project plans for online learning content development.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to define project scope, set timelines, and manage budgets.
• Oversees the execution of content development projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Manages resources, including human, financial, and technological, to optimize efficiency.
• Reviews and tests content for accuracy, consistency, and functionality.
• Implements feedback loops and conducts usability testing to improve content quality.
• Ensures compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Monitors project progress and addresses any issues or risks that arise.
• Provides regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
• Collaborates with instructional designers and developers to enhance content quality.
• Utilizes project management tools to track and manage project details.
• Develops strategies to increase production quality and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's Required
• Master's Preferred
• 3+ years of experience in project management, instructional design, or related field
• Familiarity with current course authoring, video editing, asset management, and graphic editing tools
