About the role
The Project Manager, Learning Technology Production is responsible for managing the production of all instructional content developed by the AdventHealth Learning Technologies team.
Responsibilities
- Develops comprehensive project plans for online learning content development.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to define project scope, set timelines, and manage budgets.
- Oversees the execution of content development projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Manages resources, including human, financial, and technological, to optimize efficiency.
- Reviews and tests content for accuracy, consistency, and functionality.
- Implements feedback loops and conducts usability testing to improve content quality.
- Ensures compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Monitors project progress and addresses any issues or risks that arise.
- Provides regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
- Collaborates with instructional designers and developers to enhance content quality.
- Utilizes project management tools to track and manage project details.
- Develops strategies to increase production quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Required
- Master's Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in project management, instructional design, or related field
- Familiarity with current course authoring, video editing, asset management, and graphic editing tools
