Account Service Coordinator

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining our sales operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring exceptional client service.

• Interprets and supports plan benefit design
• Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues
• Makes routine account visits
• Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship
• Sales license may be required
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary
