Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js/JavaScript)

• Produce accurate, clear technical design specifications
• Deliver high-quality software components and services
• Estimate development tasks in story points
• Follow coding conventions, architecture standards, and best practices
• Write, debug, and deploy code to production
• Deliver timely fixes
• Adhere to Definition of Done (DoD)
• Perform peer code reviews
• Master domain knowledge
• Take ownership of team deliverables post-release
• Focus on customer adoption
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and scrum meetings
• Collaborate across Technology and Product teams
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional team members

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an engineering role
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong software engineering and debugging skills
• Experience developing and maintaining microservices and web applications
• Capable of contributing to front-end and back-end development
• Proficiency in at least one core programming language
• Strong working knowledge of Python and Node.js/JavaScript
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Exposure to big data systems or OLAP databases
• Experience with object-oriented programming
• Relational databases
• RESTful APIs
• Microservices
• Modern JS frameworks like React
• Exposure to cloud-based service development
• AWS experience is a plus
