About the role

The Senior Manager of Capability Assurance is responsible for developing and leading the quality assurance and testing efforts for our ERP digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall QA strategy for the cloud-based ERP digital product suite.
  • Monitor and drive progress toward testing milestones, ensuring defect resolution and testing completeness before advancing to subsequent phases.
  • Standardize testing processes across the program to enable consistent reporting and the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manages the activities of the capabilities assurance team to ensure proper execution of testing strategy.
  • Leads team(s) to develop new methods and solve complex matters.
  • Responsible for supporting the talent strategy through hiring, onboarding, learning & development, performance, succession planning, engagement, recognition, and inclusion, diversity, and equity practices.
  • Responsible for fostering a work environment that encourages employees to act with integrity and respect.
  • Responsible for setting employee objectives and expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing meaningful feedback, and mentorship.
  • Responsible for supporting employee development.
  • Contributes to the development of strategies for a function or multi departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading QA strategy and execution in complex digital product environments.
  • Previous cloud ERP design and implementation experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and performance testing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
