• Provide high-quality care to patients with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio on a 30-bed unit
• Use advanced skills to monitor cardiac rhythms and manage complex wound care cases
• Administer IV therapy and other procedures such as lab draws confidently
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including techs, clinical coordinators, charge nurses, and leadership
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Editech system
• Participate in floating between adjacent units to ensure staffing flexibility
• Engage in hospital’s patient experience initiatives and contribute to a family-friendly work atmosphere

• Registered Nurse with IV starts, Nasogastric Tube (NGT) placement, and wound care skills
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and management
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience working with telemetry and advanced medical equipment such as wound vacs, heparin pumps, and feeding pumps
• Positive attitude focused on exceptional patient and family care, including service recovery and escalation protocols
