About the role

You will have the opportunity to coordinate with project managers to support vital data collections from both internal and external participants to design, train and test our machine learning models.

Responsibilities

  • Support vital data collections from both internal and external participants
  • Coordinate with project managers to support vital data collections
  • Design, train and test machine learning models
  • Set up devices and labs
  • Recruit participants to sessions
  • Moderate data collection sessions with participants
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform tasks to ensure data quality
  • Support key cross-team initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
  • 5 years experience working with people in a professional environment
  • Proven ability to resolve basic technical issues with different Apple hardware and software
  • Aptitude for setup and troubleshooting of devices and software builds
  • Expertise navigating systems and tools, sharing best practices with team members
