Senior Technical and Functional Architecture Lead for Americas

Core Accounts Technology is seeking an Architecture Lead for Americas who will be responsible for functional and technical architecture for key strategic programs, enabling delivery of comprehensive solutions that meet business and client requirements

• Provide thought-leadership in solution design (functional and technical) across strategic programs
• Develop customized client solutions and strategies using proven methodologies
• Communicate solution architecture to stakeholders and collaborate with existing technology partners
• Own, manage and apply architecture governance on solutions diagrams, application integration design, application mappings and data concepts
• Champion engineering excellence by actively promoting and governing the use of development standards and principles
• Create traceability between service offering documents, business requirements and the design/build of solutions
• Provide technical leadership across business analysts, development leads specializing in the Services domain
• Maintain continuous awareness of business, technical, and infrastructure issues and act as a thought leader in the development of creative solutions

• 12+ years overall experience in a banking / financial services industry
• 8+ years in technology leadership roles
• 5+ years experience with functional and technical architecture
• Expertise in architecture patterns as well as application integration design patterns for enabling digital transformation and platform modernization
• Expertise in architectural standards and governance adoption
• Expertise in technical analysis and ability to produce detailed mapping specifications and data flow diagrams
• Exceptional communicating, influencing and engagement skills across all levels in the organization
• Knowledge of external and internal systems integration techniques
• Preferred knowledge of Events based architecture patterns, and microservices design
• Preferred experience with High Throughput and Real Time systems with 24x7 capabilities
• Preferred experience with API design/development including REST, SOAP, JSON
• Experience with Oracle databases and best practices in data modeling and data flows
• Preferred experience with integration/middleware technologies such as TIBCO/FUSE, ETL tools like Talend
• Preferred experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Hands-on technology leader who promotes and thrives in a culture of collaboration, partnerships, inclusion, and diversity
• Experience with large scale transformations preferred, developing and supporting frameworks for High Throughput and Real Time systems
