About the role

Responsibilities
- Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs
- Designing, developing, and managing project plans
- Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately
- Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills
- Partnering cross-functionally with project customers
- Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders
- Leading a team of project managers
- Exhibit outstanding influencing skills
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management

- Work experience achieving results with complex projects
- Masters / MBA degree
- 9+ years of Project Management experience
- 2+ years of People Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Work experience achieving results with complex projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 8 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 Year of People Management experience
