About the role
This HR Administrator role will be an ideal opportunity to develop your administrative experience and expertise in Human Resources and contribute to the people agenda as a valued member of the team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with assigned departments to support People initiatives
- Develop and maintain partnerships with senior decision makers
- Train to support the HR Business Partners with general HR queries
- Train to provide guidance and information on HR policies
- Meet with employees to complete the onboarding process
- Lead on key HR processes such as exit interview procedure
Requirements
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong relationship building skills and prior experience of working as part of a team and collaborating with others
- Ability to operate independently with a proven record of sound decision making
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office – Word / Outlook /Excel/PowerPoint
