About the role

This HR Administrator role will be an ideal opportunity to develop your administrative experience and expertise in Human Resources and contribute to the people agenda as a valued member of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with assigned departments to support People initiatives
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with senior decision makers
  • Train to support the HR Business Partners with general HR queries
  • Train to provide guidance and information on HR policies
  • Meet with employees to complete the onboarding process
  • Lead on key HR processes such as exit interview procedure

Requirements

  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strong relationship building skills and prior experience of working as part of a team and collaborating with others
  • Ability to operate independently with a proven record of sound decision making
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office – Word / Outlook /Excel/PowerPoint
