A K-12 school in Florence, AZ, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contracted full school year (CSY) position. This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to students, ensuring their communication needs are met through tailored interventions.

• Conducting thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Delivering targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
• Monitoring and documenting student progress meticulously to inform ongoing treatment
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
• Engaging families as active partners in the therapy process through education and support

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology
• Preference for those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for collaborative work
