Product Manager on the AI Engineering Team at Southwest Airlines

• Responsible for defining and supporting the development of innovative, sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify customer needs, define the program vision, and translate insights into actionable features and Epics
• Maintain a prioritized backlog for the AI Agile Release Train and ensure alignment across Teams

• Knowledge of industry competition, trends, and changing customer needs
• Skilled in leading activities to support the delivery work
• Ability to communicate complex business needs to leaders, managers, architects, and other technical stakeholders
