About the role

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers/Account Executives to determine the optimal support for the client portfolio.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients' business issues.
  • Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for clients.
  • Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.
  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers.
  • Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics or insight-based product solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
