Sales Support Analyst – Power BI and SQL Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the sales function by analyzing data, generating reports, and ensuring seamless operations.

• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategies and decision-making.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate sales reports using, SQL, Excel, PowerBI and any other tools to provide visibility into sales performance and forecasts.
• Salesforce Management: Manage and update Salesforce records to ensure the accuracy of customer and sales information.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency through data-driven recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide analytical support for their initiatives.
• Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team in handling customer requests.
• Training and Documentation: Help create training materials and documentation for sales processes and tools.
• Market Research: Conduct research to gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support sales strategies.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience of relational databases (SQL Server or Access) is essential
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales Support Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or analytical role is preferred.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
