Finance Director, Data Center Infrastructure Strategy

• Lead strategic investment discussions for Microsoft’s cloud growth, balancing cost, speed to market, and capital expenditure management.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure acquisition leaders to develop strategies for land purchases, land development and datacenter leases.
• Conduct go-to-market assessments, provide decision support, and analyze build vs lease scenarios using total cost of ownership models.
• Drive portfolio-level alignment for data center investments, across different form factors, existing presence in the region and accounting for impact from strategic partnerships.
• Synthesize diverse data sources into clear executive summaries for leadership decisions.

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
