Visual Designer - Social Graphics

As a Visual Designer - Social Graphics in Microsoft’s Design Studio for the Engines & Experiences (E&E) organization, you will create compelling visual content that drives engagement across social platforms and marketing channels.

• Design and produce a variety of visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital activations.
• Translate brand and campaign strategies into visually compelling content that resonates with global audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, asset generation, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative leads and cross-functional partners to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain a high bar for craft, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Stay current with design trends, platform formats, and emerging technologies to bring fresh thinking to the team.

• Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Design, Fine Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communications or related art field AND 1+ year(s) experience in art design or a related art field working on computer games or entertainment OR equivalent experience.
