Senior Software Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer in one of Microsoft's fastest-growing product areas, this team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the intersection of artificial intelligence, user experience, and scalable cloud solutions.

• Design and build innovative, high-quality user experiences that are performant, accessible, and scalable.
• Develop and deliver reliable, secure, and efficient software solutions that enhance the scalability, performance, and maintainability of our services with a strong focus on rapid iteration and high-quality execution.
• Drive features and projects from ideation through delivery, solving open-ended technical challenges with creativity, urgency, and ownership.
• Collaborate closely with partner teams across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365, working across time zones and geographies to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Proactively identify system bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and propose and implement enhancements to architecture, processes, and product capabilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
