Neonatal ICU (NICU) Registered Nurse

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers a contract opportunity to provide specialized nursing care in a fast-paced, critical care environment focusing on the needs of newborns requiring intensive medical attention.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting life-sustaining treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support families regarding their newborn’s condition and care requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in NICU nursing with a strong understanding of neonatal care protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
