Director, Product Management, Developer Experience - Secure Foundations Platform at Capital One

• Define and champion the product vision and multi-year strategy for automated vulnerability remediation at Capital One.
• Lead the product roadmap for the Continuous Automated Refresh (CAR) platform, transforming it from a program to a mature, scalable product.
• Partner closely with senior leaders in Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Risk to ensure the platform meets the complex security and operational needs of a large enterprise.
• Deeply understand the pain points of our internal software development teams and use those insights to build solutions that make the secure path the easiest path.
• Define, monitor, and evangelize key performance indicators, measuring the reduction of toil, decreased time-to-remediate, and the overall impact on developer productivity and satisfaction.

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
