Co-op, Flight Operations – Business Strategy (Spring 2026)
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in team activities
- Partner with multiple divisional stakeholders
- Define business/process improvement opportunities
- Assist with the development and maturation of recommended solutions
- Implement initiative tracking methodologies
- Support Delta’s global innovation initiative
- Think, design, and create innovative solutions
- Support project leaders on technology programs
- Identify and troubleshoot issues
- Develop solutions and implement resolutions
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Information Technology Management) or Industrial Engineering
- Team player that fosters trust, open dialogue, and healthy conflict
- Strong interpersonal skills and servant leadership
- Preferably a rising Sophomore or rising Junior
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Internally motivated, curious, ready to learn, and eager to make an impact
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and time constraints
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Experience with business cases, process mapping, and database management is a plus
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
