• Actively participate in team activities
• Partner with multiple divisional stakeholders
• Define business/process improvement opportunities
• Assist with the development and maturation of recommended solutions
• Implement initiative tracking methodologies
• Support Delta’s global innovation initiative
• Think, design, and create innovative solutions
• Support project leaders on technology programs
• Identify and troubleshoot issues
• Develop solutions and implement resolutions

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Information Technology Management) or Industrial Engineering
• Team player that fosters trust, open dialogue, and healthy conflict
• Strong interpersonal skills and servant leadership
• Preferably a rising Sophomore or rising Junior
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Internally motivated, curious, ready to learn, and eager to make an impact
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and time constraints
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Experience with business cases, process mapping, and database management is a plus
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

• Standby travel anywhere in the Delta system while off duty
