• Organize and coordinate risk management activities and workflow
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on data collection, problem identification and resolution
• Prepare and review corrections and follow-ups related to insurance policies, contracts, endorsements and filings
• Analyze data collection and identify and resolves inconsistencies
• May serve as a change agent related to the organization's insurance programs
• May assist with the development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures
• Develop staff education activities regarding risk reduction/elimination throughout the organization

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, UB92 and HCFA
• Knowledge of TPA and Benefit Administration
