Clinical Document Spec I

Responsible for strategically facilitating and obtaining appropriate and quality physician documentation for clinical conditions or procedures. This position educates members of the patient-care team regarding documentation guidelines, collaborates with multiple staff members, and adheres to departmental organizational goals.

• Educates members of the patient-care team regarding documentation regulations and guidelines, including physicians, allied health practitioners, and nursing staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) or Medical Doctor (MD) or Certified Reg Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNPC)
