Make your mark in Accounting. The collections area is responsible for implementing, applying and supervising strategies for the recovery of outstanding premiums, controlling delinquency of multinational accounts. Make direct reports to Headquarters (LAD Premium and Summary) and Reports and Collection Management State Side PO Offices

• Manage the collection of referred accounts (Multinational).
• Support in treasury payment processes: payment documentation, filing and classification.
• Classify files by branch and number.
• Prepare renewal reports and files outside the area.
• Stamp, classify and file claims files.
• Remove files.
• Balance income box.
• Control the issuance of management checks.
• File and control receipts for checks (vouchers) delivered.
• Close cash register.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with at least some experience in Accounting in local Insurance companies
• Capacity to work under pressure environment.
• English is not required but would represent a plus
• Skills in Windows Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook),
• Teamwork, responsibility.
