Responsibilities

  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition Manager, execute divisional recruiting strategy including: the coordination of candidate interview events (scheduling interviews and managing all logistical details); assessment of divisional hiring requirements; management of candidate expenses, travel arrangements and a detailed recruiting budget.
  • Manage the recruiting process for three to four lines of business filling 75+ roles, with support from the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Develop core campus relationships, which will demand the following responsibilities: liaising and managing communications with the campus career services office(s) to facilitate campus recruiting activities; partnering with internal business professionals to build effective campus recruiting teams and attending campus events where/when needed.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of AIG Summer Internship Programs, including: interviews, placements, manager training, intern communications, intern on-boarding paperwork, management of networking and speaker events, evaluations, etc.
  • Manage team-wide projects, including, but not limited to: presentation creation; job description updates; enterprise-wide recruiting events and conferences.
  • Contribute knowledge and innovative/creative ideas for current entry-level programs and the overall campus recruitment strategy.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of prior high volume recruiting experience; campus recruiting or campus coordinator experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Adept at information/applicant tracking or recruiting databases/systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional customer service focus and results driven
  • Highly personable with a knack for building strong relationships
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high-attention to detail
  • Confident at quickly adapting to a changing work environment and an ability to deal with ambiguous situations
