Travel Hospital Pharmacist

We are seeking experienced Hospital Pharmacists for travel contract opportunities in Montgomery, AL. This is a great chance to work in a large, acute care setting with advanced clinical services and strong support from the pharmacy team.

• Verify and process medication orders (Cerner EMR)
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV preparations using IVX visual checking
• Utilize Omnicell automated dispensing and Sentri 7 surveillance software
• Provide support to pharmacy technicians and collaborate with medical staff
• Remote order coverage for an affiliated facility overnight
• Independently manage workflow, triage tasks, and ensure patient safety

• Active Alabama Pharmacist License
• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital pharmacist experience
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced inpatient setting
• Experience with NICU and pediatrics (required)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment
