• Leading our platform, implementation and integration projects from start to finish driving growth and profitability across our programs.
• Implementing continuous improvement, building efficient workstreams, processes and procedures that ultimately enable the scalability of the Global Warranty Services business.
• Actively working in Jira to ensure all tickets, stories and pre-requisites are moving forward in a timely manner and reflect the goal of the business.
• Supporting all new product implementations.
• Running projects related to our platforms and systems which are critical for long term success of the Global Accounts vision and support our customer needs and growth.

• Experience with technical tools leveraged in operations, IT and project management, specifically: SQL, Excel, Jira & database experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, bonus with experience in the Warranty space.
