Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports compliant with educational and legal standards
- Participate in team meetings and provide consultations regarding speech and language interventions
Requirements
- Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing services in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders commonly affecting children
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
