  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years administrative assistant experience or equivalent office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with emphasis on Excel (short-listed candidates will be required to complete an assessment);
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to make independent decisions and judgments, and exercise initiative with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capable of effectively interacting with personnel within the organization as well as with vendors and customers
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Works in Office Environment with minimal physical requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
  • Compliance with the Company’s drug and alcohol policy including pre-employment D&A

  • Order equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Receive and process correspondence going in and out of the office.

  • Organize and maintain all filing of correspondence, reporting and inspections.
  • Maintain handbooks and procedures regarding safety and regulations and assist the Manager with compliance assurance.
  • Ensure all timesheets are completed and reported accurately according to Company policy.
  • Serve as receptionist when needed and handle and/or route incoming telephone calls.
  • Schedule employee training and assist with travel details for employees.
  • Perform various duties to maintain the Company’s building, facilities and equipment appearance as neat and orderly.
  • Provide assistance with any other tasks as assigned.
