Management Analyst 3 - Internal Only: Telework
Responsibilities
- Create and establish Portfolio Performance monitoring, developing plans to assess effectiveness
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with teams to set targets and goals
- Schedule and manage workstreams using project management tools to ensure deliverables are completed
- Analyze processes and outcomes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct research related to business processes and projects within assigned portfolios
- Manage communications and organize project documentation
- Assist project managers in identifying and mitigating risks
- Lead small to medium-sized projects, including strategy development and implementation of best practices
- Benchmark industry standards and facilitate brainstorming for innovative solutions
- Organize and lead collaborative groups, planning timelines, actions, and deliverables
Requirements
- Developing/facilitating and/or leading team sessions, training and presenting information
- Organizing and leading team projects
- Conducting research and data analysis
- Coordinating and prioritizing multiple, complex assignments of a competitive nature
- Ability to Communicate and Collaborate Interpersonally; strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, partners, employees, and managers
- Ability to write effectively composing professional emails, letters, documents, and reports with clarity, accuracy, and appropriate tone
